“Fuuuuck.” I groan as I slide inside Evie. She feels so fucking good. I can’t get enough of her.

Her hand reaches behind her, grabbing my neck and turning to kiss me as I slam into her from behind, her body pressed against the wall of my foyer.

We couldn’t wait until we got upstairs to my room, and I’m more than okay with it.

This time.

My lips find her ear as a low growl leaves my throat, “You feel so fucking good.”

“Don’t stop,” she moans back, and I obey. My right hand snakes between our bodies, and I find her clit, circling it and feeling her clench around me and her hips buck with primal need.

“I won’t stop until you beg me.”

Her nails dig into the skin of my neck. “Fuck me, Ty.”

I smile, knowing she wants me and knowing how badly I want her. I don’t give a fuck if anyone thinks this is a bad idea. Evie Adamson is all I fucking want.

I feel the buildup stirring in my balls and know it won’t be long before I come inside her, craving that feeling. Something I’d never done until we were committed to each other.

“Tell me you’re close,” I growl, nearly begging.

She pants and her head nods. “Oh god, yes.”

Seconds later, we’re both exploding with pleasure and need before I pull out and spin her body around to kiss the fuck out of her, because I want her to know I love her.

She smiles and rights her dress as I zip and button my pants. She kisses me and wraps her arms around my neck. “Damn, Ty. Kinda pisses me off we could have had this long ago if you wouldn’t have been such a pussy.”

“I’m kinda pissed-off myself.” We walk to my living room, and I start the fireplace in the middle of the room because it’s fucking cold and snowing outside as she stands, leaning against my wall. “Although, I wasn’t ready for you yet.”

A small smile passes over her lips. “I wasn’t ready either.” She walks over to sit on the wood floor in front of the fireplace. “I am now.”

“I’m definitely ready.” The fire roars, and I sit on my butt next to her, enjoying the orange and red flames. “Can I ask you something?”

She nods her head once, and it’s clear she’s unsure. “Yes.”

I brush her hair out of her face. “Why haven’t you told your family?”

“About what?”

“Your anxiety and panic attacks. They love you, Evie. They should know.”

She leans into my hand, and I can see the storm inside her. “They’re so strong. All of them. Yeah, they may seem messed-up, but they’ve overcome that. They’re functioning adults, actually making the world a better place.”

“And you aren’t?”

She laughs at that as if it’s ridiculous which slightly angers me. Not at her, but that someone made her feel less than. “How have I helped anything? I’m in the entertainment industry.”

“So are they.”

“You know they actually volunteer? Like with kids and stuff.”

“So. You put on several charity events a year.
